Mick's Guns are very proud to present to the world our very dear friend Diggory Hadoke's new book.

"Vintage Guns for the Modern Shot"

For those of you who were lucky enough to attend the book launch in the most prestigious setting of the world's most famous gun maker, James Purdey & Sons, will know all about it. I myself was called away on business at the last minute, but promise to be there for Dig's next book launch. However Michael himself, along with very dear friends Ken Cooper, David Lowrie and Mike Yardley did attend to support Dig who is rapidly becoming the countries leading writer and authority on his specialised subject.

The front cover.

The books rear cover has a photo of Dig and a quote from Mike Yardley.

The book is completely impressive, with many interesting sections and really good quality photographs. This book can be purchased by sending Diggory an e mail either via the link below, or from his excellent website.

Diggory is a well respected shooting journalist, whose articles and gun tests feature regularly in Sporting Shooter, Gun Mart and The Double Gun Journal. He is also the author of 'Vintage Guns for the Modern Shot' (Merlin Unwin 2007). And co-author, with Mike Yardley, of 'Smoothbore' (due Winter 2007)
