Would you like a special holiday, where you can shoot and fish all year round ?
A holiday in beautiful Exmoor where your family and your dogs are welcome ?
Clay and vermin shooting all year round ...... and game shooting in season !
~ Freedom to roam the farm with your gun and gun dog, practice your clay shooting, fish in our pond and stay in one of our self catering holiday homes, and your kids can ride the ponies ~

Mick's Guns have the greatest pleasure in introducing to you Mr Richard Hunter. A shooter, gun collector, law abiding gentlemen......... and the greatest You Tuber ever !
I have been friends with Richard for a little over 2 years now, and am constantly staggered by his Real Life series of videos published on You Tube. As of August 2010, Richard has reached Real Life 21 in his series of videos on You Tube.
They tell the story of his fight against drug producers, crooked cops (yes the U.S. has them as well as us) and his struggles with a Drug Producing Benefit Fraudster, who is drawing disability cheques for a bogus back injury, called Pinhead in the wilds of Kentucky.
This criminal however is nothing compared with the Hill Billy Mafia !
Here is Mad Bad Voodoo's Real Life number 1
I am sure you will find the story fascinating, and wonder just how he stays so cool considering his life has been threatened 100 times or so by the criminal Pinhead. After viewing Real Life 1 you can follow the story quite easily by visiting his You Tube channel. Please direct all your friends to this page and allow them to read and follow the ongoing story.

It has long been a kind of tradition for Michael and I to go to a cafe on a Saturday morning before we start the weeks web site photography and production. In the 5 years the web site has been running we have tried a number of excellent cafe's. When we found the Happy Days Cafe, we realised our luck had changed for the better. Here are a number of reasons why we have not eaten anywhere else. First and foremost the food is really good, with quality ingredients that are cooked fresh and properly to order. This means that the food does not arrive at your table in seconds, giving us plenty of time to chat over tea and coffee. Secondly, the owner Mehmet and his partner Sharon are really good hosts, happy to chat on a number of subjects, they are very friendly and Sharon remembers all the details about how we like our coffee and food. Thirdly is the price, it is fantastic value for money, with tea/coffee and toast/bread included in the price of many of the set meals. And lastly, how many Cafe's do you eat in where you can see the kitchen ? at Happy Days, you can see clearly into the kitchen where Mehmet works his wonders ! you can see it is so clean and they have nothing to hide. This gives customers confidence, and it certainly gives us confidence.
We really love it !

Mickey setting out the cutlery for our Saturday morning breakfast, in the background you can see through the serving hatch right into the kitchen where all the food is freshly prepared.

Our friends..... Mehmet the Head Chef & Sharon the Boss.....in the kitchen.
Mick's Guns would like to recommend this cafe to all our friends worldwide, if you are ever in the town of Crayford in Kent, this is the place to eat. They have an extensive menu, and nothing is too much trouble. We wish to invite our shooting and collecting friends to join us on Saturday mornings, and if you are passing in the week, drop in for a meal see why we rate this cafe so highly.
Happy Days Cafe, 137 Crayford Road, Crayford, Kent. Telephone 01322-558761
(Located on Crayford Rd, just a few yards from The Carphone Warehouse)

Pictured above is Mehmet, The Legend, Sharon and of course Richard !

Mehmet took to the gun rather like a duck takes to water, he hit the clays on the practice stand, and went round the Skeet layout scoring more than twice what we would expect a newcomer to the sport to get !
Well done Mehmet, you have found your new sport !

Sharon loved the shooting, she took to the Beretta especially well, with it's reduced recoil, it allowed Sharon to keep the gun on target for the second shot !
Well done Sharon !
Sandford Arms

During the latter half of my trail at the Old Bailey, I would glance up into the gallery and see Ken Coopers face.
Ken has been my close friend for 35 years, to see him there supporting my family and myself gave me strength.
Ken was there on the last day when I was found not guilty of all charges and released back into the world.
Ken knows more than anyone how despicably and wrongfully I was treated by Operation Trident.
Regular visitors to Dartford Clay Shooting Club will have no trouble recognising Ken Cooper. Ken is a very keen skeet and sporting shooter, rifleman and former pistol shooter. Ken has been making miniature guns for many years, here are some photos of one of the guns he has made, I hope to be able to publish more photos of the other guns he has made.
Ken makes exact scale copies of the guns, the cases, the powder flask, tool and even the shot !
Compare the pistol with a 12 bore cartridge, and you can appreciate the skill involved.

~ Ken Cooper, a gentleman, skilled engineer, historian and the dearest friend anyone could have. Ken was photographed here on his Birthday at Luckyard Farm. He shot this pheasant on the Cleave as it raced over his head towards the valley. Ken took the bird with his beautiful Adams shotgun, a gun that he has owned for more than 40 years ~

What a fantastic web site !
Here you can print all types of targets for free
Diggory Hadoke is a dear friend, he attended the Old Bailey and testified on my behalf and helped proved my innocence. Dig has accompanied me on one of my antique gun trips to America, he is kind, proficient and to be trusted.
We support 100% of what Diggory does for the shooting community.
His new book is called "Vintage Guns for the Modern Shot" and it is featured on our news page and books page.
Special friends can be hard to find in our short lives, Diggory is special, please visit his new web site.

Diggory is a well respected shooting journalist, whose articles and gun tests feature regularly in Sporting Shooter, Gun Mart and The Double Gun Journal. He is also the author of 'Vintage Guns for the Modern Shot' (Merlin Unwin 2007). And co-author, with Mike Yardley, of 'Smoothbore' (due Winter 2007)
Diggory started vintageguns.co.uk because he was constantly being asked to report on guns at London auctions and wanted to simplify the process for his clients. The company has grown from these simple beginnings to encompass a whole range of services for the buyer, collector and owner of British double guns.
~ Dig visits the clay shoot regularly and is happy to answer any questions you may have on vintage guns ~

~ Mick Shepherd proudly brings you three guns from the Entwhistle collection ~

All of the guns sold from the John Entwhistle collection have letters of authentication.
John Entwhistle played bass guitar in one of the most famous groups of all time, The Who.
Fans from all over the world will continue to miss him for many years to come. His love of fine quality instruments coupled with coordination & perfect timing helped John to become a brilliant shot with either a shotgun or rifle.

Mick's excuse was "The filler caps are on the other side on the cars in the UK"

A trip to any of Bass Pro Shops OUTDOOR WORLD stores, will have you crying on your knees...
Why can't we have have sporting shops like these here in the UK ?

~ You can find this terrific shop in the lovely City of Gilbert in Arizona ~
Arizona conjures up images in our minds of Cacti, blue sky and wide open space.....But Arizona is famous for more than this, I am of course referring to Airguns of Arizona, the best Airgun shop in the world.
They sell just about every make of airgun and accessory you can think of, and many you may not have even heard of. The level of friendly and knowledgeable service they offer, coupled with the keenest prices, leaves me with no hesitation in recommending that you visit their shop and purchase your airguns and accessories there.
For those of you who live a distance from their shop can visit them on line by clicking here
You can contact them by E Mail by clicking here
Address : 28 N Gilbert Road, Gilbert, AZ 85234
Telephone Number : (480) 461 - 1113
Facsimile Number : (480) 461 - 3298
Airguns of Arizona despatch their orders daily, so you can benefit from their prices and the fast and friendly service they offer from where ever you live in the US.
Use Form 6 obtainable from U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms.
Telephone the ATF Distribution office 703-455-7801. Have them send 3 copies of Form 6 to you. ( you can put more than 1 gun on a form ) Alternate number - call ATF Information 202-927-7777
As an "Occasional Importer" include following information on Form 6 : "Application to Import" Maker, serial number, gauge, length of barrels and total length of the gun.
Any FFL holder near you may fill out the form. He need not hold an importers licence. YOU are the importer and by law may do so as an "occasional importer" U.S. law requires this be for personal sporting use, indicate this on your application in the appropriate space. All else is self explanatory.
When completed and signed by your FFL holder, mail or Fed EX the form to the ATF. Fed Ex or UPS expedites delivery.
F & E Imports Branch, BATF, 650 Mass Ave, NW, Washington, DC 20226
It may take 6 to 8 weeks for ATF to approve and return your application, it will be stamped NOT FOR RESALE.
Keep the original approved form. Make photocopies to mail or Fax to Mick Shepherd. We suggest you have the guns returned by international mail from England to you. This way they enter the U.S. Postal system, go to a customs facility where they are cleared and then directly to your FFL by mail. Duty, if any, may be paid to the postmaster or mailman. Avoid Air Freight.
Your approved Form 6 copies will be inside the package and in an envelope marked ATTN: U.S. CUSTOMS.
Antique Guns ( made before 1898 ) may be mailed directly to you, no permit required.
